Are you thinking of one of these, Mom used to make them and I have a whole tote full then just found more in a second color, in a different storage container, it's a cool looking method !!

Oh yeah, I remember Puff quilting. Is that what you wanted?

I thought she was talking about the balls that look like they could have been made out of biscuits, with lots of places for a kiddo to grasp. Don't have a picture (except mentally) or a pattern though. Have seen a pattern online somewhere but did not bookmark it...wish I had.

Rosalyn's a clever girl! Loved her quilts and the colours she used.

You know all those polyester knits???? I was into making pull-on pants out of them, so had many colors. Used the scraps and made a 50 inch square puff quilt for the grandbabies. Made a great floor pad and yard blanket. I think it is still tucked away somewhere. I loved that pink and white one that Roselyn made, may just do another one in a soft fabric like that one. They were fun and easy to do while watching TV.
