Try a doodle pad for practice or any scrap paper. One thing I miss about not working and the meetings that I use to go to - no doodle time!

Oh, Zinda, that is so funny! Me too. Towards the end of my career I was sooooo bored at meetings I would doze off. So one day I started doodling on the notes I was taking about some mindnumbing discussion and I designed an entire quilt. By then I knew it was time to retire, and I saved that design. Made the quilt, have it on my cozy comfy chair and often think about how lovely it is to do what I want to do. Really miss the $$$ and a few of the people at work, but never a moment do I miss that work, especially those doodly meetings. I do some while I watch TV now.
