A FuuPaw in my terms is a stupid mistake.

You are more likely to get cut with a dull blade. Change them when they get dull and use the rotary cutter like it was a paint brush, not a shovel. Feeling your pain right in the tip of the index finger that got in the way.

When I read FuuPaw I think of Faux Pas (because it sounds the same)

Glad to hear your thumb healed and you did not lose the nail.
Strange coincidence that you bumped the thread so close to the same time that I was thinking about my rotary cutter and that I need to sharpen or change the blade (going to try the tinfoil sharpening method before swapping it out)

In fact, I recently put a embroidery machine on lay-away from my LQS. I'm giving myself until March, and then I going to pay it off and get it out. I talked to the owner of the store, and they will provide lessons to teach me how to use the machine.

GOOD, GOOD, and GOOD!
