I agree, have used this thread a number of times- it is not 'pokey' it doesn't stretch a lot, or break, you can iron it- holds up well even on kid's quilts that take a lot of abuse & get laundered frequently- I have started using it more & more- it is especially nice if the quilt has a lot of different colors and you can not decide what to use. :) . I do use cotton in the bobbin

I too use monopoly pretty much exclusively for invisible thread...however I rarely use it. Have you ever tried Wonderfil? It's extremely fine 100 wt thread...I prefer it to invisible thread all day long. :-)

I believe they have a invisible poly now that is easier to use
