BabyLok Quilter's Pro - stright stitch only, about $1000 from local dealer, does REALLY fast straight stitch and amazing FMQ. Comes with all kinds of feet including walking foot although I dont even bother with it since the FMQ is so good.

The Janome 1600 is also a good machine for quilting. i think they can be bought for around $800.00 Both have 9" throats. Pattern Review website has reviews of sewing machines by users. pros/cons and prices they paid. worth checking out: http://sewing.patternreview.com/SewingMachine/ |
I just bought a Janome Horizon for $1900.

Juki TL98Q. I got mine from ebay at a good price.Only does straight stitch.

I have a Janome 1600p on my Grace Pinnacle Frame and I really like it. I did remove the feed dogs and put them away for safe keeping, but that's the only thing I modified. I'm happy with this very fast straight stitch only machine and I hear it's also good for piecing if you don't keep in on the frame.
