That is wonderful. What great memories. I don't remember my grandma quilting (we only saw her once a year) but I remember after she passed away my mom getting her last quilt and crying. My mom would be happy to know the only quilt she ever made is still loved here. She made it for my oldest daughter and all my kids used it. My youngest stored it in her closet and my grand daughter tried to claim it. It was what started me quilting. I wanted to make something that could be loved like that.
