I sometimes find coloring book pages online, print out a pattern I like, and then trace with tissue paper. Then I put the tissue paper onto the quilt top and quilt right through it. If you need copies, just make more tracings with tissue paper. When all done quilting, just tear the tissue paper off.

Thanks everyone. I will be checking these sites and all the things you suggested. I don't do hand quilting though. If it can't be done by machine, forget it. lol

I find cute shapes online and enlarge them to the size I want, then tape a sheet of plastic on the computer screen and trace it, and cut it out.
