It's fantqstic your husband is doing great.
Do I understand right you are a 'machine-sewer'? otherwise it could be a good time to start sewing hexagons or applecores using the english paperpiecing method? It's easy to take along, doesn't take up much space etc. |
Oh I feel for you!!! Happy DH is doing well though. Can you run to the store and get some mags, maybe???
Prayers for you two!! :D |
Glad to hear he is doing good. Hopefully you will be home soon. Hang in there!

Good luck to your husband and I hope you get back to quilting sooner rather that later.

We are almost 3 hrs. from home, so running home for a quick session at the sewing machine isn't an option. So I just come on this board and see all the wonderful quilts and get new ideas. My daughter had a bone marrow transplant 3 years ago and we were away from home 3 months, so I feel your pain. Good luck and God bless |
Best wishes for a speedy recovery and hope you can get a fix soon!

good luck...

Hope your husband will have a fast and complete recovery. I'm sure its difficult for you but hang in there. When you get home you'll be able to quit without all the stress you must have been under before his surgery. THen you can put the pedal to the metal.

That's what hand work is for! I'm going on vacation in a couple of days, and I must take some needlework with me. I enjoy hand sewing!
