I have three newer machines, sewing/embroidery machines that I love. But the older "vintage" machines sew a better straight line. My new ones you have to work at keeping them straight as the older ones just know to do it.... If I had to make a choice, the new ones would go................. how about you?

I only have the one newer one, and I'd have to consider keeping it for a few of the functions...but if I could only keep ONE machine? It'd rip my heart out to release the others, but I'd keep the 15-91...as long as I could also keep the attachments! :)

When I get my treadle restoration finished, up and running I'll let you know.

I have a very old Brother that sews so beautifully. It does not have any fancy stitches just straight and ziz zag. It is all metal, no plastic parts in it, and of course it is heavy. This machine is a keepter for sure.
However, I do enjoy having the embroidery machine with all the bells and whistles. |
Yeah, it is such a hard choice!
