I am doing a HAPPY DANCE..knowing I am not the only one that does this dumb stuff...but also sad.. cuz I thought when I became a long time quilter..I would stop my blonde moments. lol I now find out, it does not matter if you have been quilting 1 month or 10 years..we all booo booo. lol

I've done that so many times it's not even funny. I've been sewing since I was 12 and now I'm 65. Should know better, don't you think?

I always sew plain colors together wrong. Mostly the light plain colors, because I cannot tell which side is right or wrong.

Feel any better?? Hang in there.

I think think that's called concentration.

I now have a rule, one time, ok, two even small errors, its time to stop and get a drink or meal or walk or something, because even putting them back together may put me into a larger mess up.

me too but we even do that over and over again

I really believe that distractions or fatigue are the root of most quilting problems. How often do we have a chance to only think about one thing at a time?

Yes, I think we all have those "moments"... Maybe we're supposed to have them so we stay humble :-)

Seems to happen to all of us at one time or another.
