You just have to experiement. Some are not interchangable due to the screw that attaches them. So some work better than others. It might be that the cutters have become more universal the last few years.

I was just thinking about that myself,so I took mine apart and compared my olfa to my friskars and they are the same.Thabks for the information about the Clover blades!

I found out the hard way as well. And the store ( large chain begins with a J. ) who told me they were all interchangeable, would not take them back because the package was opened.
They said they could not verify if they were really new.

Since then for my Olfa cutter(s) I only by Olfa.
