I have the truecut ruler but for me, it's too hard to see through it to measure. The ruler is slightly cloudy plus there are holes all over that make it difficult to pinpoint the lines easily.

I love my Fiskars...I use it when I have to cut long strips...I also use a Gypsy Gripper on top of it so that helps to stabilize it further.

I have the Fiskars and use it daily. When you get to the top you have to use extra pressure or it doesn't cut. Even if I miss it leaves a crease so it is an easy fix. I love mine.

I had one and took it back for refund. I bought a June Taylor Shape Cut and love it.

I have the Fiskars and used to use it a lot. As my arthritis got worse I changed to an Alto's Quilt Cut2. It is more practical as it will adjust to a variety of angles. It also holds down the fabric so I don't have to press down as hard as it felt I had to do with the Fiskars.

thank you AliKat - I had not heard of the QuiltCut2 - what a great system. Will have this one on my Christmas list :)

It works great at the fabric store, however I found it extremely difficult to use at home. Just couldn't get use to it and it became so frustrating I never use it anymore.
