Sara is a cutie pie and I am glad she finally got her package. It tells something about our neighborhoods today but there are still nice people out there.

The ending of the story of Sara's Quilt made me smile. Sara has some great neighbors!

HOORAY!!

When I was moving from Alabama to Washington state, I sent some of my things to my boyfriend so he would have them for me for my new apartment. Well, I forgot to put his address! What can I say? I was excited to be moving so close to him (2 hour drive) and I neglegted to put the street address on the box, but I did put his zip+4. He got the box! I have always thought that was amazing.

our town is so small, a package arrived once at the PO with only a zip code (not even plus 4)
The postmistress knew where to deliver it. Why? It came from Seattle WA, and she knew only one person who had family out there. I LOVE living in a small town! |
This is such a sweet story. I loved the video ... what a precious granddaughter. I hope we never live in a world where someone won't make a little extra effort to help someone (i.e., get an important package)! Thanks.

A special quilt, made for a precious GD, made even more extraordinary in it successful journey to her. This is something she will cherish forever.

I just watched the movie and noticed that Sara paid quite a bit of attention to the label on the back, even though I know she knew who made the quilt. I usually hand embroidery a message on the back, but think the label is a good idea ... it looks like there was a picture on it. How do you make those labels?

What an EXQUISITELY BEAUTIFUL little girl!
