good on you Lynn, Wish my LQS had specials like that. A while ago a couple came to my Quilt Group with fabric selling the for $3.75 Aus and Quilt backing for $12 Aus per meter. if you can covert that to US dollars that is about $2.75 per meter(I think) to me that was a bargain. I spent $100 and got 3-4 meters of each that I bought. I also bought 4 meters of backing at the $12 per meter. I cant get that any where else at that price.

I want to thank every one who had posted addresses for sites with patterns and fabrics. I would not have known about them if you had not. I like to check out the different sires and see what I would like to book mark for another time. THANK YOU VERY MUCH :thumbup: :thumbup:

I just want to let you all know that I have received my first order of rotary cutter blades form Threadart. They cost me about Au$4.55 each because I bought 6 plus $6.60 registered mail. That is $2.99Us each, I also ordered another 6 two days later and will get them Wednesday. I am going to give my daughter 2 blades as she is a beginner quilter and is trying to make a quilt for her queen size bed. so I think I SCORED there and so did my DD. hers are free.
