Scrappy

Plannin on my next quilt being a scrappy.
So I was interested to know, have you made a scrappy quilt? If so, what pattern did you use? Or recommend. I'm loving the Granny Square.

You should check out the last 2 Mystery Trains #8 & 9. They are both scrappy.

You can also get a cup (or 6) of coffee and look at the wonderful examples on the Scrap Quilt Show. There are over 250 pages. If you see something you like, send the poster a PM to get the pattern info:

My favorite is Boxed Squares. I have made it at least twelve times. Almost every one was scrappy. I have also made a French Braid. I LOVE a lot of color.

I always get inspiration for making scrappy quilts by looking at all the photos that are posted daily on this board. Bonnie Hunter's website is a very popular place that many of the members of this board love to visit. Free patterns:

Boston, those are beautiful scrappies! I especially love your French braid. Colors are terrific .

Pamela, do you like to work with small squares or larger pieces?
