don't you all just love the bonus blocks for september. quilters and chocolate - what a combination! i can hardly wait to get started (of course I say that with all the things I see!) but there is just something about this - the pinks and browns - love, love, love it!

Airwick156 09-03-2011 11:52 AM

Yeah I think its going to be pretty when its made. :)

BrendaK 09-03-2011 11:55 AM

I think I will do mine in brown and aqua. Will have to ponder that a while. Will love to see others when they are done. BrendaK

Xstitshmom 09-03-2011 01:12 PM

I love these blocks as well. Can't wait to make them. Somewhere I have a piece of fabric that has chocolates on pink background. That might be my starting place for fabric, but don't know for sure.

winterpromise31 09-03-2011 01:26 PM

I skipped the last two fab shop hops but jumped on this one when I saw the pattern. ;) I love quilting and I love chocolate so it's a perfect combination for me!

pojo 09-03-2011 01:58 PM

I found all the blocks for it.
I love this pattern just added it too my huge ones that I'll never get done. Unless I live to be 1,000,000 years old.

susie-susie-susie 09-03-2011 02:06 PM

I agree, it looks like a very pretty quilt. Pat, how on earth did you find all the blocks already? I am impressed. You are so speedy. I have found 5 and thought I was doing good.
Sue

Bobbielinks 09-03-2011 02:22 PM

Shoot! I did the last 3 Fabshop Hops and decided I couldn't spare the time this month - now you tell me there is a pattern made with brown and pink?! I'll go have a short look, then its back to quilting.

Raggiemom 09-03-2011 02:24 PM

It is very pretty, I'm trying to not do it though as then I would buy more material!

I also found all the blocks. If for some reason someone doesn't get all the blocks PM me and I will be happy to send a copy. BrendaK

Sewfine 09-03-2011 08:50 PM

No Bonus Bunnies this month. Pattern instead. BrendaK

craftymatt2 09-04-2011 04:27 AM

I found all the patterns, by doing the top ten or so.

NVDesertLady 09-04-2011 04:47 AM

I found all the blocks but I think it was the chocolate thing that lead me on. LOL I can't resist chocolate...oh and the quilt looks neat!

Latrinka 09-04-2011 05:39 AM

Yea, the pinks and browns are pretty together!

I agree. I've found 6 blocks so far... thanks for reminding me that I need to search some more.

I hope I can find some gorgeous fabric like that when I'm ready to work on this.

Kath12 09-04-2011 06:43 AM

I have to do the fab shop hop! You never know when you will win something. I won a $20 gift certificate from one of the shops in the May shop hop. I got a T Shirt quilt book and all it cost me was 94 cents. I was real pleased. So I'm off to try to win again.

Seesh, I haven't even started, and here it is, already four days into the month! But I did see the pattern and intend to find all the squares.

lizzyq 09-04-2011 07:22 AM

Oooo - gotta check that out!

FabShop Hop 09-04-2011 07:55 AM

A gentle reminder...

All FabShop Hop patterns are "All Rights Reserved." This means that they cannot be redistributed in any way and are strictly for the personal use of the Hopper who collects each pattern.

Thank you so much for your cooperation!

vivoaks 09-04-2011 09:19 AM

I almost always save the blocks, even if I don't make the quilt. You never know, I might decide to make it one day.... But I definitely LOVE the fabshophop.

Mariposa 09-04-2011 09:28 AM

Love the pink and brown combo! Will have to collect the blocks!

*Another note: I happened to win a 2nd place prize in the June shophop! So excited! I received four 1-yard pieces of background fabrics! (whites and creams) It is just what I needed! :):):)

QuiltingHaven 09-04-2011 10:28 AM

Oh, yes, it is just beautiful. I have not done a brown or pink yet, that will be my next project in January.

MargeD 09-04-2011 11:52 AM

I'm new to QB and shop hop, so bear with me while I ask a stupid question. Can you get those quilt block patterns on line, go on quilterscache what? I probably missed something when I was reading it. I'm suffering from severe "Old Timer's" Syndrome. So if anyone can help me out here folks, I'd appreciate it. Sometimes I feel dumber than dirt, but there are days my brain just can't wrap itself around an idea. Thanks in advance for something that should be a no-brainer.

Hi I also was a second place winner. I received two purple and two in pink. I would have loved whites and creams. But.....they were free and as I am on a fabric diet I was excited to receive four yards free. Take care BrendaK

I would also like to know how to do this. Have not ever done a shop hop on line, only drriving tons of miles.
Thankyou, Eileen

tumrub 09-04-2011 03:23 PM

shop hop Is fun. Just go to your search bar. ( google) & type in fabshophop When it comes go to list of shops & it will say register for prizes. Then you are in. You have a list of shops don't worry about your enitale just click on them & it will give you aa shop & you find the bunny & click on it & get registered for prizes. Not hard at all. Have fun. CAthy A tumrub

I, Too, won a prize and received 125.00 in fabrics,
all white on white !!! Great for background !!!
sure would like to do it again!!

wildyard 09-04-2011 06:57 PM

LOL, I am NOT new to the board however I was just as clueless as many of you others. So I thank you for the explanation.
It's still a little foggy, but I think we can figure it out as we go. This appears to be something that occurs every month? And is free? With prizes? How can we go wrong with all that being so? Sounds great to me!!!
