That would be cool. Call it a shop and he will understand where you are coming from.

No sense of humor! But that yurt looks like a possibility!

You are soooo observant, I went back to look and sure enough, it does look like the lady is packing heat! I don't think I'd be touching her fabric!!! How do you get such perfect points....S&W 357! LOL

in addition to my sewing room!!!! assurance that kids cannot
come home to live anymore!!!!haha

Too Funny!! that's exactly the response I would get at my house.

A regular stroke of Genius! Maybe if I build him a detached garage he will let me have our current garage to expand my new sewing area into. Greedy greedy, I know!

Maybe he does - and he just gave you permission to put your sewing area into THE ENTIRE HOUSE!

They don't understand when you need to be away from your home and be by yourself.

I saw that too!! Beats a sign that says HANDS OFF!

As for who gets the most house space, I've been fighting that battle for so many I years. DH has an office that has totally occupied one upstairs bedroom. And this is a farm office, so you can imagine how upset I get when he has to come in to do some figuring straight from the tractor. :? I am not very suttle when I suggest an office in the barn. I'm afraid that if I suggested that I would like a sewing room shed, he'd make a deal that he gets to keep his office in the house!

A sewing macine on your arm, too much.
