Sewing furniture
Anyone have information on a good sewing chair that is not too pricey? I have tried the Koala chair and it is comfy, just pricey.

Go to an office supply store and sit in the chairs.

I have an adjustable office chair and I can let the armrests down.

I went to the office supply store for my chair. I am really short and needed a chair that wasn't to deep from the front to the back. I also wanted one that I could choose not to attach the arms. I paid about $40 for it and it is now worn out:) I went by the thrift store the other day and found a padded rolling stool for $9.99 and a wooden rolling chair for $4.99! I like the stool, it makes me sit up straight. The wooden chair is just the right height and I found a gel seat pad at Office Depot that makes the chair comfy.

what is not too pricey? I had a cheap office chair but gave it away when i moved. tried a tall office chair i had and the arm rests got in the way. I bought one by Arrow. got it at allbrands. com for $209.00. very comfortable and the seat opens for storage too. I'm happy with it. most I've ever spent on myself but worth it.

Bought mine at IKEA and find it very comfortable. It was meant to be an office chair but fits me just right.

I found my favorite sewing chair by sitting in several at IKEA. Adjustable height and wheels are my priorities.
