If you thought about it then it really wasn't an impulse buy. Good product and good price = happy quilter. Congrats.

Sounds like a great deal to me. The first top of the line I purchased, my hubby kind of went Really & all I said was,
"how much $$ do you think you have spent on tools for your workshop" he couldn't argue with that. He actually really supports my hobby & I have upgraded several times since then, so he's a keeper, for sure. Congrats to you.

Update: after sitting in my sewing room for just over a year...I gifted it to my best buddy. She really needed to replace her Walmart mechanical Brother machine so I re-homed my Janome DC3050 to her. I know that she will love it!

I would never be without a backup machine. Murphy Law is law in my quilting life.

I have the thread cutter on my Sapphire 930 and never use it. I bought mine for the larger throat area.

Sandy, sometimes you "just gotta do what you gotta do"!!!
Besides, it wasn't an impulse buy. Even if it was- so what? This hobby of ours keeps us off the streets and out
of the bars :D
So happy for you!

Oh- just read your update. You made your friend happy and now you both are YAY

I have watched several you tube videos but they really don't teach me what I want as a newbe. I took all the free class at the dealer but I felt they were irritated with me because I did not know anything about Embrodery. I tried to find a group online for Embrodery similar to this group but no luck.

Look for a Yahoo Group for the embroidery software that came with your machine.
