On my Kenmore that I keep over at my quilt buddy's house, I use the needle threader that came with my Imagine Wave serger. Don't know where to tell you to get one, but they are far superior to the wire needle threaders. You might check at a babylock dealer.

Here's the dummy again...LOL...when everyone is talking about the cheap little metal threaders, are yall talking about the shiny things with the little wire (kinda diamond shape) on the end and you can get about 4 for almost nothing? I use to have a really good one and lost it so I bought one of the paks of 4..they are so flimsy. I tried using one and I couldn't even get the wire to go thru the needle. I'm using Organ 75/11 needles,
Now that I've read the posts about the wetting of the thread, finger and needle, I remember doing that a couple of times. Now if one of our Board members would just invent the perfect needle threader, we could all share in the profits and get rich...then we can buy all the machines, fabrics and notions that we want! :) |

I hold a a pc. of paper behind the needle. Ordered one from Fons and Porter with a light and it was worthless. No lite and cut the thread. I also like the thin wire threader. I can never get the machine built one to work.
