I was thinking about getting this sewing table.

Does anybody have this one? How does it hold up? Right now i am just using a regular folding type table (lifetime) and a computer chair but i am having some shoulder issues. Do you think it makes a big difference having your sewing machine level?

I have to chuckle and tell you I sew on a TV Tray.

Let me tell you...right now, I'm sewing on our kitchen table, which under normal circumstances wouldn't be too bad...however, our kitchen table is a "Pub" style table so it is higher up than a normal table....feet don't touch the floor, therefore foot can't reach the footpedal...soooo, footpedal is on the table and I'm using one hand to work footpedal and other hand to guide....will be getting regular table this weekend LOL :)

Lol. I use 2 TV trays pushed together as my cutting table.

I have an old sewing cabinet that I set my machine on. Haven't figured out anything yet to set it in the cabinet. But one day I will.

Lisa, Mine is just like the one in the picture, but from Horn. I found it at a park and swap for 25 bucks several years ago. As far as I am concerned it is worth 3 times that! I can raise the 'bed' up level and use the embroidery unit or serger on that table. It is so much easier with the 'flat' surface for any quilting, less drag and catching of quilt because no sewing machine corners.

Just make sure you get the insert for your machine. It's the piece that fits around your machine and completes the 'flat' surface.

I'm not seeing in the description that the "insert" or the piece that fills in the whole around "your" particular machine is included. I would call & ask as different machines need different inserts. If it is included, price is well worth it.

After looking at your website link an ad then apeared on QB for a 10% discount for the same company. Make sure you get a discount if your make a purchase.

I sew on a kitchen table that I inherited from my Granny, who passed away earlier this year. It's in my sewing room.

I have one like it,,nice table.....and sturdy!

This is a nice table - it is similar (maybe the same) as the one offered by Leah Day on her site. I used a table similar to this in the past.

I'm currently using two of those Lifetime tables bought at a local Sam's Club. I like them better because I need to have my table very low in order not to have back problems.
