I am a gardner, crocheter, and family genealogist. Some days it is hard to put these aside also. I don't know how I ever had time to work.

Too many hobbies I think. My main ones is quilting/sewing and computers. I could be a tech junkie!I love to go fishing with my dh. Target shooting w dh. I enjoy baking, cooking, reading, biking. I love spending time with my friends. We get together every month for something. This month we are spending the day at my house to make a "quilt in a day" for one of our friends daughters wedding. Won't that be fun! Gee, that is just some of my pasttimes hobbies.
I won't be bored when I retire, that is for sure!

I guess I'll add a note or two. I'm new to quilting, and got started because of my Civil War Re-enacting hobby. I ride with the 4th US Cavalry and 5th Texas Mounted Volunteers. So, I have a horse. I also hunt, fish, boat, shoot (I'm an NRA pistol insturctor, and do lots of classes for ladies who want to learn to shoot), and do lots of leather work--mostly re-enacting leather and holsters and knife sheaths. I used to tie flys while watching TV--now, I quilt. Weird, isn't it?

I would LOVE to learn Japanese even just to read my manga more directly but I am afraid I have lost too many brain cells over the years!

We have a '48 Dodge and a '51 Chevy, so, we go to car shows and cruising during the summer. Also, I love to digitize machine embroidery designs, knit, crochet, counted cross-stitch, do puzzles, and read.
