I have been thrilled and touched each time I’ve received a quilt as a gift.
|
No, I have enough quilts already. My pleasure is to give them away to deserving people.
|
No I don’t. I buy chances on quilts but if I ever won I would give away. I hope no one ever gives me one. I would of course be gracious.

when I was going through cancer treatment, a good friend gifted me a quilt specifically made for me....hand stitching all over it with words, like love, hope, courage, chemo, ect. I did use it on my bed....I do cherish it even though I have plenty of quilts.

Because I know the love and time-consuming hard work goes into a quilt, I would cherish any that was given to me.
|
Sure, I would love any quilt given to me. Each quilt and quilter are special in their own way.https://cdn.quiltingboard.com/images/smilies/heart.gif

Absolutely, I would love to be gifted a quilt. Likewise, we should not forget to gift our quilting friends. I was just thinking that my daughter that quilts is the only close family member that has not been given one of my quilts. Guess I should do something about that.

When my husband died in 2012, my quilt guild gave me a quilt. The front of the quilt had Bible verses and encouraging words on the front. The guild members signed the back. It's one of the dearest gifts I have ever been given. It still means so much to me.

Definitely but also depending on who made it.

I would love it! In fact I just received one of my mother's quilts a couple months ago. I will cherish it for the rest of my life.
