donnajean: Thanks for the close up photo. I like the way that looks. I'll see if I have a stitch like that on my Janome.
Also, do you change the default length and width and bobbin tension any?

Maybe you shouldn't quilt in the ditches that are across the solid color. Can you just outline the maze and the shadow? That would eliminate the accent on the other seams that you don't want to "show".

IQ 2. That's a great idea. It would require some twisting and turning. But it is only 48" square.

I think you would be happier with it if you followed the lines of the design rather than the squares of the blocks.

No, I don't change anything when I select the stitch.

What if instead of quilting in the actual ditches, you just follow the black lines of the design & quilt in black thread?

Oh, that's an excellent idea. I like that. Stitching in the dark area wouldn't show up much at all. I love this board. Always get such good help.
