I let family know anything from a LQS would be wonderful, especially kits or a gift certificate. I do not think they like to enter into my favorite stores. So nothing new in sewing/quilting. I am also saving up to purchase a IPad. I asked for small gift cards to Apple to help me save up. I got two very sizeable cards. My IPad is just around the corner now. Yeah.

I got two sizes of the gypsy gripper. The small and in-between ones.

I can't "show" it but it was SOOOooooo great! DH and DD gave me a Times Of Your Life 2012 card. That means ALL my retreat stays at Threads and Beds Retreat Center are paid for for next year! Plus for every $10 I spend on fabric, notions, batting, etc. I get back $2 worth of store credit. Threads of Time is such a great fabric store, such beautiful fabrics, such a great selection of everything that I have no problem building quite a stash of fabric and reward points. I just wish everyone on this board could visit there at least once and see what a great place it is or that each of you had a fabulous fabric store with a connected retreat center.
