My finished block is 10", how do I enlarge the templates before cutting to make it finish at 10"?

It is very pretty. I haven't done paper piecing yet. They always look very neat and think I might try it one day.

There is a 12" template on the site. It does not look like a paper piece to me. There are two parts given a page of templates and a template guide. At first I thought it was paper-piecing as well.

I've tried to upload a photo of my sample block used the 640 x 80 size, I think.
If anyone recognizes the beautiful fabrics from their stash, thank you for sharing, it makes a gorgeous block!
