Starry Path Block

Does anyone know a site that either has a tutorial or cutting, piecing, sewing instructions for this block?
Thanks

Is this the block?
You can download templates. Look to the side of the page...there are links to the templates.

This is the info I got when I Google the block:

Thee is a u-tube video

Thanks to both of you for your replies. The Jinny Beyer site is where the block is, but no enough instructions, cutting sewing order etc to guide a still inexperienced quilter. It seems to have a couple versions of the pattern.
I haven't checked al the youtube videos yet.

I also don't know how to paper piece and some of the patterns are for that.

I'm no expert but I'm thinking that this block would have to be paper-pieced.

To piece this block using the templates:

Sew B & C together
Add D
Add A
Repeat 3 more times
This will give you 4 - quarter blocks

Sew 2 quarter blocks together - twice

Sew half blocks together

Paper piecing is not that hard. There are many YouTube videos out there for it. One of the keys is to buy an add-a-quarter ruler. The inventor describes how to paper piece as she explains how to use the ruler. You don't have to have it, but it sure makes PP a lot easier. Judy Niemeyer suggests it for her patterns. http://www.addaquarter.com/how_to.php

The Quilters Cache block shows the order that you lay the fabric down on the paper to sew it. Click on the template and you should go to this page. http://www.quilterscache.com/images6...ypath2temp.gif Since you would need four of these to make a square, you need four copies of the pattern.

Thanks so much for all of your help and instructions, appreciate it. I would love to learn paper-piecing but right now am trying to find an alternate block, working on a quilt, so wanted to start working on it for now.
