I am doing kitchen towels. Embroidery with wine, chickens and adding a ruffle. The dish cloths are already crocheted.

I went to our local QS garage sale. Customers rented tables so there was a lot to look at. A lady was getting out of machine embroidery and she had her Anita Goodesign's for sale, never used. It was a major score for me and I gave her my number because there is more!!!

I started two PP Christmas wreath wall hangings this week, plus I have several Bow Tucks bags in various stages that I need to get finish, including more bags that I plan to make for a craft fair in Nov. I will also have to sandwich and quilt the twin-size quilt for our DGD that I hope to finish by Christmas. I'm just beginning to think of what I want to make, as I've been sidelined by rotator cuff surgery for almost 4 months. However, once I get into high gear I hope to be most productive.

Okay, I found this material and created these bed runners as Christmas presents for OSU (Ohio State University) friends who are great fans of the University. I have made 5 of them. I am to the quilting part - all are pieced and laid out, ready to be quilted.

I have a pretty good start: I have made quilted cookbook covers, machine embroidered dish towels, jewelry bags, and pillowcases. I plan on making aprons and placemats for everyone including their dogs, for the little girls I am going to make hats and PJ's. I plan to machine embroider my Christmas cards this year. Am I working on a quilt-NO-I really hope to have everything finished by the first of December. LOL :o

Unfortunately, this is true for many families, including my own!

Funerals or wedding for our family too - sad to say. I try, but no one seems to see the importance of phone calls or seeing others unless there is a funeral. On my husband's side we do get together more often and exchange gifts at Christmas. In the process of making a couple lap quilts for mother-in-law and aunt-in-law. Plans for some embroidery for the rest of the family.

I am stuck... I am still trying to find the last yard of fabric needed for a Nine piece scrappy Christmas quilt. Started collecting fabric last fall...I am just now finishing a Halloween quilt for DGD that was started last fall too. It has been the quilt from hades!! And my house is a disaster...But I do think I will head to Joann’s and pick up a couple items.
Have a great rest of the week end everybody!!

I designed a Christmas Tree Ornament and need to make about 100 of them for the shop and give my friend the pattern to submit to a magazine. I have also been working on NO-SEW McKenna Ryan wall art. Using extra fusible and artist's canvas. At the moment trying out a sealant. If it works I'm going to have some fun. Fist though I have a huge appliqued quilt. It must be done and ready for pictures by Sept. 15th.
