That is lovely!!! I found a set of state flower blocks my great aunts embroidered in the 1930's. I am just sashing them with yellow. I like your setting too.

I started a state flower quilt when there were only 48, did all the embroidery in blue and ran out of embroidery floss when I got to the last one. I put it away when life got in the way and didn't finish it for many years. I used blue solid fabric for mine, your brings back memories.
