PRESS very important. It's hard to reteach some of my older students to press and not iron.

I steam, but I'm careful to press and not iron so I don't distort the fabric.

I prefer steam, You dont get distortion if you just place your iron down and dont move it around, that is ironing! We steam seams but iron clothes!!

I steam, but have a really hard time breaking the years of practice 'ironing' instead of 'pressing'. I'm going to stop the steam and see if it helps keep my blocks to original size.

I steam and then leave the block lay flat where it is until completely cool.

Me too, Patrice!
