I have all my walls covered with my rag doll collection and small quilts. My cutting table is so big I have trouble reaching across it so holders on it won't work. Table is 40"x40" so I've hanging rulers in bathroom. Will the wire file holders hang from walls?

Until recently, I was using an old wire record rack. Now I have them on cup hooks on the wall.

I love this idea, as I also have my rulers off long nails. Works for me in my small space.

I hang mine on the wall, with the easy peel off hooks,
I do use about 6 or 7 different hooks. |

I purchased one of the hanging rings that go on a closet clothes rack. It is awful and not worth the money as the rulers are too hard to get off the ring. I also bought a slotted rack and find it is not really the best for long rulers. A peg board or cup hooks seems to be a better idea for me.

I was thinking about the old record holders for 45's. A large stretched out slingy screwed down to a board might work.

I sprung for the wooden ruler holder(s). One sits on the counter for the big ones and one hangs on the wall for the narrow ones.

I use a desk organizer for letters and file folders. I got it at Office Depot for less than $10.

The peg board also has hooks and hangers that I use to store my scissors, rotary cutters and other hangable items. Saves space. Another use for the pegboard, I hung my embroidery hoops for my MC11000 and Mc 9000 on another. |
