I love the '30's quilts and especially like books by Zimmerman.

Here is a link to a blog showing up close pictures of a Ode to the 1930's quilt. It gives you an idea of all the different patterns. I am very partial to Sun Bonnet Sue and Sam quilts in 1930. I think I like all except patterns that have very large pieces. Teh smaller scale lends itself well to smaller pieces. |

I vote for Dresden plates. I love those 30's prints in a Dresden Plate quilt.

Windham Fabrics also has quite a few free patterns for the 30s or that could be used with the 30s fabrics. I have downloaded 6 of them already. Good Luck with your choice. I love the 30s fabrics
