It looks like it comes in a new larger size! That was my only gripe about it. I don't know if I want to spend almost $60 for the bigger one. I looked at the baking sheet and it felt like there was a lot more friction than on the supreme slider. I haven't had to tape mine down, just make sure the back is free of lint by rinsing it and then letting it dry like the other ladies said. The old ones required tape, but the new ones have a sticky back.

Love mine!
we had a thread on this in the past 10 days....what I am going to try is a piece of heavy clear vinyl from Joann/Hobby Lobby at a fraction of the price...
Used mine all the time with my Grand Quilter. Rinse the back when it needs it. Works great.
I tried it and personally would not buy another. I also, tried the oven liners and find all that was a waste of money for me! I also found, I don't really need it after all. Just my HO!
I priced baking sheets and found them to be just as spendy...I found I do just as good without any of that stuff!
I made the quilting table for my Juki with the insulation boards and then covered with vinyl from Joann's...like I had seen on here...but the vinyl is not slick at all! So, we decided to put car wax over the entire surface and now it's slick as a whistle!

I really like mine. After I destoyed mine Sat and finished my quilt without it...I quickly found one on Amazon for 19.99 and than 5.00 shipping. I hate paying that much but I really do think its worth it.
I bought one, it stays on the surface just fine, but I have noticed no difference at all.
I guess my sewing machine was slippery enough already? The greatest help has been to set my sewing table in front of an outfeed table, such that the quilt never droops. |
I have one and won't quilt without it. I bought it, the gloves and the bobbin washers in a kit.
