Fon's and Porter has a ruler now too that you can use. You just draw on both sides and then sew on the lines and cut down the middle when done. Same concept, different tool.

First of all - Kim, that quilt is awesome. What pattern is that?
I just used thangles for the first time. They were great to work with and I don't think I could have done these without the thangles. I recently read about sewing the outside of a square and then cutting into triangles and will definitely try that on larger half square triangles. mini quilt blocks [ATTACH=CONFIG]89629[/ATTACH] |

I have made them. It is so much easier, and as said before, it is an exact cut. I enjoyed making that quilt, I made another one!
