I found that block pattern some time ago on Craftsy. I knew I was going to be using a Valentine panel for the challenge I'm doing so when I saw the block pattern I bought it. I don't know that I could even find it again on Craftsy!

those are so cute. very nice piecing! I"m going to see her next week at the shop that sold me my Janome.

Marci came and gave workshops to our guild. One of the things she had for sale were instruction cards for various things. I bought the one for paper piecing. She figured out how to simplify the process and make it so the piece you sew on *always* fit.

I just did 16 of these heart blocks and didn't have a single problem with paper piecing!! No crazy angles to try and figure out, no problems with sewing something on and having to rip it off because it didn't cover the area. It was totally worth the 4 bucks for the card!
