I have looked on this site and seen many quilts using colours that I would not have thought of using but I have not seen one that I thought did not work. Shows that you have to sometimes try things to see if they work. It has certainly expanded my colour range

I don't think there's any color that I just don't like at all. There are certain color combinations I'll see that make me wonder 'what were they thinking' but even those when added to somthing else can come out looking great.
I have a fabric that combines a beautiful purple and white then throws in a funky orangey gold for the fairly large centers of the flowers. It turned out to be the perfect sashing for diagonaly cut strip pieced squares in a variety of pinks, blues, yellows and oranges. |
I have never liked teal

Orange!

For me, it's white. I use much deeper creams as my neutral. It seems white jumps "out" too much

I love color so I think I'd have to say white or white on white prints are the least favorite of a choice for me.

BURGUNDY...I LIKE BROWN AND I LIKE RED.....BUT MIX THEM TOGETHER TO MAKE BURGUNDY AND SOMETHING ABOUT IT SETS MY TEETH ON EDGE

I like most colors, I dont work much with pastels, rarely orange but as I do lots of landscape quilts I use most colors with lots of greens all shades. Also I love blues and whites but not stark white.

Yellow is my nightmare. Don't know why for sure except that someone told me as a child that I should never wear yellow - it didn't go good with my blond hair. That's the only reason I can think of.

Orange and yellow. It's not that I don't like those colors, I just seem to have a hard time working with them.
