I love where you placed the blocks. Very nice. But then I saw that your grouping of 3D items seem to have the shadow at the back and the single placed blocks all had the shadow in the front. Personally, I think it will make a great conversation piece and make everyone really look at the quilt. Oops....looked at it again. It's only the blues that have the shadow in a different orientation. Regardless....I love it! If it were mine, I wouldn't change a thing.
What pattern are you using for the grouping of blocks? |
I love it, just the way it is!!

I love the floating blocks on top and bottom. Any way you could separate some of the middle blocks to add to the floating theme? Just a thought, because it is beautiful as is.

Like like the center blocks and might like grouping of the little blocks in the corners. Leave out the square plain blocks at the end of the stack. Just my ideas.

In the center the big blocks have the lightest fabric on the bottom but the ones floating in have it on the top. Can they be turned so that their lightest fabric is on the bottom and maybe add a little block that would fit in one or the other so they look like they are floating in to match up with the others? I hope that is clear.

Lots of visual interest in your project. I like the arrangement your have. I know you can change it in lots of ways (comments above). Just leave it for a few days and see how it mellows for you.

It's Art! It's not abut following symmetry rules. If the artist is pleased, it is done. I find it fascinating just as it is.

I love it! I grabs my eyes and makes me look again. It's bold and bright and happy. This type of design is something I'd like to learn.

It looks great the way it is...the small blocks at the top and moving to large blocks at the bottom is perfect!

I think it's great just as it is. Wouldn't change a thing.
