I've been using Connecting Thread thread for years now & I love it. I always buy when it's on sale so I get a good deal at that time.

I also like their thread, I do not use it for piecing but I love it for quilting. I use arifil for piecing love it too.
|
I use it all the time..hint..if too linty use bigger needle....read this from someone else works for me.....
|
Am happy with their thread.

I use the thread and it is great. Also, better prices than most any other thread out there.

I use Connecting Threads Essential Cotton thread. I also have used Aurifil which I really like but my budget has a lot of influence on quilting purchases. I stock up on Essential Cotton thread when it is on sale. I really am satisfied with this thread. I use it for my machine piecing and my quilting on my DSM.

I love their Poly for piecing and quilting on my Janome 6600. I've used Poly and the Cotton Cones successfully on my Gammill Charm, not noticing any difference from the other, more expensive brands. I will say that I wasn't very successful using the small cotton spools on the gammill. It may have been user error, I haven't had a chance to try again, but would like to figure it out, as I have 40 colors in the cotton spools.

I've been using only their thread for about ten years now. I have a very picky Bernina that won't let me near her with Coats and Clark thread, but loves Connecting Threads. I usually buy the larger spools and they last forever, I buy the gray, beige and neutral for quilting but also have the black and navy. In my experience, it's great. I am a very thrifty person so this thread is a money saver for me.

This is the only thread I use, for piecing, quilting, and general sewing. I love it and use it on my Brother, my Janome, my 1952 Singer, and my 1902 Singer treadle. Don't have any problems with it, and you certainly can't beat the price.

We used some in our old HQ Sixteen, but weren't fond of the large amount of lint that built up around the bobbin. I think we'll stick with Superior threads after we use up what we have.
