I didn't see that response. What a great post/thread! Have never heard of Wawak. Thanks so much for bringing all this to my attention. One can definitely learn something new everyday, even after 60 yrs of sewing! :)

Wawak will send you a catalog too. Everything from irons to buttons, the more you buy the cheaper it is. Great for a group to buy and split the cost.

For piecing my charity quilt tops, I use thread passed down from Aunts. Right now I’m using Excell 100% polyester Mt Holly N.C. Price tag is 8/$1.00. Very good, not fuzzy at all, wish I had more but of course it would not be that price.
