i generally use 100 wt thread in my bobbins, i get twice as much on the bobbin and it works great :thumbup: i also use 100 wt for applique and hand piecing

ok, the only 100wt thread I was familiar with is silk, not the best thread choice for anything that is laundered a lot, so I went to see what my distributor offered in 100wt.
Seems there is only 1 brand of cotton, it is Heirloom brand and it only comes in white and off white.

Is this what you use?

I longarm and use BottomLine (60wt bobbin) and Sofine (50wt top). I piece with Masterpiece (50wt) or Aurifil.
