I don't think you can go wrong either way but I like #1 better.

It seems we on this thread can't decide either! Everyone makes their case well. If you want the quilt to POP use the darker, if you want it more subdued, use the lighter. It will be beautiful either way. Be sure to post a picture for us.

Of the two pinks, like the darker pink best.

Agree with number 1. Second choice the pink looks washed/faded out .

At first look, I liked the batik, but on a second look, I think the speckled one is better with the floral.

I like the darker one with the specks. What a lovely choice of fabrics.

Both of these fabrics will work...the line up of the fabric looks a little "matchy matchy" for me ..I would play around with the positioning of the fabrics..try moving your print fabric around.

I like them both! but the first ne is my fav it brings out the purple and makes it pop~love it
