Superior needles and Organ are the same needles in different packages.

Check out http://discountembroiderysupply.com

for good prices, especially in bulk. All sizes of topstitch needles are available.

Superior Thread's website has good info on needle types.

I use titanium needles in my Bailey Pro 15, as suggested my Mr. Bailey. They cost a bit more, but I like them. I use everyday Organ brand needles in my other machines.

It's all I use -- great for FMQ. Last time I used a regular needle (was out of Titanium) it wasn't long before the thread broke. Went to the LQS to get another package, and finished the quilting without any problems. All I buy...

I use them in the long arm--work well.

I was reading somewhere(can't remember) that a lot of that is referring to the old way they made titanium needles. and that the newer ones are not a problem anymore. Wish I could remember where I read that.

I use them on my long arm and love how long they last

I have not used titanium needles, but do have a small pair of titanium scissors that I love. I have also noticed titanium blades for rotary cutters and have been thinking about trying one.
