Yup, I would leave it alone. Putting in cornerstones now would be a big job. It is pretty like it is.

You could always applique them on but it's very pretty the way it is. If it were me, I'd leave it the way it is and keep my mouth shut. I'd never tell anyone that it was supposed to have cornerstones. No one will know anyway.

I think the way you did it looks great... the sashing looks like a weave.

I'd leave it as is. That is a beautiful design that gives a unique look that to my mind would be much less effective if you added the cornerstones. See now you're a designer right off the bat!!!

Leave it as is, it's a very nice quilt! You can do cornerstones on the next quilt!
