If someone comments on your decor - they are the one with the problem - you live there and whatever fits for you is the right number of quilts, or colors, or whatever - YOUR HOUSE !

I believe if you are coming to see my house and not me, don't bother coming over. If you want to have quilts, have them.

It's my house, I want to display quilts I made, don't tell me what you want...it's my house. (Play on Bon Jovi's "It's my life..".) Quilts are made to be enjoyed, gazed upon, and envied.

I know one is never enough. Can you have too many?

It's YOUR house! Do what you want!! Personally, I'd LOVE to have that many quilts on display. ENJOY!! :-)

I have to agree with this. Who is to say how many is too many. It's your decision. Personally I have a quilt ladder and a quilt rack in my living room, and they both are covered with quilts. Too many? Not for me. :-)

I figure that I am going to keep on quilting till I die.... if we are never going to stop making them, then why should we put a limit on displaying them?

I've got at least 20 quilts displayed all the time, plus 3 walls are for rotating displays, also quilts are hung over chairs... also have some cross-stitch and needlepoint on the walls... the walls are filled, but I think that blank walls are boring!!

Even if some of this stuff was made years ago, I am not tired of enjoying them... they are the landmarks on my needlework journey...

I don't think there is any number that is too many...I hang quilts all over my house...larger quilts, wallhanging size, tablerunners, a quilt rack with many quilts draped on it, and a cabinet full of quilts that are out...I do rotate seasonally what quilts I have on display...that is the fun of it...to see different quilts. I don't think I have too many...as long as they aren't totally covering the walls...well...maybe that wouldn't be too many either if you were happy with how it looks.

Enjoy all your quilts!
