It would be more than you want, but sheer curtains might work. They come in a variety of colors. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays...?selected=true

Loosely woven fabric won't last through machine washings. I had to have this piece of organza for a big round sun on an applique quilt. Have to repair after each washing.

My eyes must be better in the morning. Look for a piece of heirloom light blue batiste. The imported 100% cotton stuff is pretty see through. It is expensive, but a true quality fabric. I made baptism gowns for twin granddaughters out of white batiste, and their slips were in pink and lilac. The colors showed gently through the white with a very nice effect. I think a light blue batiste would allow the stems to show through well, though you might need to go darker in the green.

I agree with Toogie that organza or a very light vinyl or plastic would work.

To me it looks like they first appliqued the stems and then covered them with organza and then embroidered the gray details and shape of the jar. This kind of organza has some kind of shimmer to make it look like glass.

She says she uses organza on some and clear vinyl on others.
