That is cool, you can see everything you have.

Love the way you got your shelves. Wish my stash was all nice and organized. I start out sorting the colors and then next thing I'm sewing on a project.

I thought stashes like that only existed in fairy tales!

Wow - I am in awe - to have a place for everything and everything in it's place - To be able to sew and not spend half your time looking for something that you have no idea where it is would be fabulous.

The clear plastic boxes on the top shelf are 13 gallon tubs and I have a total of 35 of them full of fabric. Then I have 42 20 gallon tubs (the ones that take two people to carry empty) full of fabric that is in the garage right now because I don't have room to go through them right now. The small cubes are 8 x 12 inches and there are three others behind each one.

the good news is you can have one heck of a yard sale for your retirement with the way fabric prices are going up!
(someday I mean,...when your ready....Does someday ever come?)

Actually I do have separate insurance on my sewing machine and (I forgot what they call it) all of my crafting supplies. I also make jewelry so I have a cabinet full of gemstones, glass beads, and sterling silver. Then I have supplies for stained glass, both painted and the real stained glass. Then I have my leather tools and leather. Also cross stitch supplies (including patterns) and mosaic supplies. So when I finally get my craft room together I will be able to work on different crafts and will be organized. We have an extra $75,000 insurance dedicated to my craft stuff. (This doesn't include the building I have out in the back yard that I haven't put anything in. This will be covered under our home owner's policy).
