A couple of months ago, a Tula Pink quilt was the Craftsy Mystery Quilt of the Month. I am a traditional quilter; but I really enjoyed making that Tula Pink quilt. I loved the fabric for that particular quilt. The quilt is now at the LAQ; but if I remember correctly the entire quilt was made of large 60 degree triangles which were sewn to make diamonds. The diamonds were sewn together in vertical rows. I learned several new skills making the quilt. I'll probably never make another Tula Pink quilt; but I am glad I made that one.

I doing her City Sampler as a BOM with a LQS. I am doing it all in batiks and plan to do the Trellis setting in King size.

I did the city lights quilt and it was fairly easy, but I'm not much excited by her designs otherwise.

Luckily I keep all my copies of APQM and just finished reading the nice article on Tula! The kit for her Butterfly Quilt is expected to be delivered today to my door!
