My friend who had the string quilt stolen DID get it back!! Whoever I guess had it brought it back & put it in her garbage can! It was fine. The garbage can was new & was not dirty & was only used for cans. It had a liner in it. She had an article in a weekly newspaper (reaches about 70,000 people). They may have seen it! She did get it back undamaged. She was very happy to say the least.

I'm sew happy that your friend got her quilt back without any damage to it. It makes you kind of wonder who took it and didn't touch the sewing machines that were in her car. At least they had felt guilty and did the RIGHT thing.

I just talked to my friend & she was astonished, flabergasted & could not believe that so many people were concerned!! She said to tell you all thank you so much for being concerned!! When she gets her computer I will give her the QB address so can join us. I know that she would enjoy it.
