I like the Sulky's Blendable thread. It comes in a lot of different colors combinations.

I use King Tut and Gutermann threads. I love the big spools of Gutermann for quilting because I don't like having to rethread the machine when the spool runs out.

I love variegated thread. Some sweet lady sent me some green, and I have used it so much in applique, that its just about gone,. I dread the though of running out, but what can you do. God bless. Penny

My long arm quilter used variegated thread on one of my quilts - it was perfect!!!!! I also have some for some smaller projects as well as several in embroidery floss ...just purchased some red and greens for a Christmas project!!!

Love, love, love Aurofil. I just quilted enough material for a jacket and never broke a stitch;or needle. Worked great.

Where do you get your thread, any place special? Have you tried the varigated type?
