Hope hubby is doing much better.
Thats a good stress reliefer when waiting for someone. Glad you could share with other people, it probably helped them to.

Good for you! I did the same a couple of weeks ago. My 93 yr old Mom fell and fractured a disc so we were in the hospital for about 5 days. I finished all of the squares on a quilt I was working on for many months. All of the staff at the hospital loved seeing what I was doing and it passed the time for me.

I too, have an DH who has frequent Dr's visits, always take my hand work with me. It is definitely a conversation starter. I have even picked up a couple of commission jobs from there, always keep a business card with me.
